1) Please check if there is a blockage under the suction part or hose, clean then frequently.
2) Check any dirts on the HEPA, clean with water and dry for use.
3) If you clean the floor with broken eggs, it can cause the foam. Clean the brush totally before next cleaning.
4) If you use other cleaning solution instead Ultenic's, it may cause the foam issue. Please pour out the water, clean the brush and use Ultenic cleanning solution coming together in the package.
