1) Please make sure that the HEPA is installed properly. Also, make sure the HEPA is dry, sometimes it may get wet and affect the suction power.

2) The amount of time that the roller brush has been used could lead to the erosion of the fibers on the brush roller.

You may need to replace with a new brush roller.
