Why is my U10 Vacuum not charging?

1) Maybe your vacuum is not properly plugged-in

Check if you have correctly plugged the cable into the outlet and the battery is sitting adequately into its charging part.


2) Maybe you haven't used your Ultenic vacuum in a while

Appliances that stay in the storage for a few month might also lose their charge over time and have a dead battery when you take them out. 


3) Maybe your cleaner needs a cleaning

The interior of your vacuum cleaner can get dusty and grimy over time. It can disrupt the connection between the battery and the vacuum.

Doing a detailed dusting of your Ultenic vacuum cleaner can bring back its performance.
