Ultenic product trial is a giveaway event for users to experience brand products. Users can register to participate in the event during the registration period and increase the chance of winning by filling in the application description in detail. The rewards will be announced once registration is closed, and the lucky participants will have the chance to receive the event prizes with any cost.

During the registration period, users click the "Apply now" button and fill in the corresponding content. The current prize information can be found in the detailed description of the event page.

Announcement of the winner list: The list of winners will be announced on the event details page within 7 working days after the registration period ends (the email address filled in by the user). The specific announcement time can be found in the current event details page, and we will also send it to your email at the same time.

Prize collection: After the list of winners is announced, the winners can fill in the delivery address within 7 natural days according to the instructions on the page of participating in the current event details to complete the prize collection. If the prize is not collected within the deadline, it will be deemed as giving up the prize and the prize will be invalid.

Prize delivery: After the winner fills in the address, the prize will be sent by the current prize provider within 7 working days. After the prize is sent, we will send the logistics order number to your email.

Comment filling: Within 15 working days after you receive the goods, we will send an email to your email inviting you to evaluate our products. You can make an objective evaluation of the product (the evaluation may appear in the product review interface of our official store).

Before users participate in this event, please update the Ultenic APP to the latest version.

Users need to click the "Apply" button to complete the registration within the registration period, and complete the prize collection within the validity period after winning the prize.

This event is valid for a long time. The specific time of each period can be found on the event details page.

1. Activity sharing: You can share the event with your friends.

2. During the registration period of each event, each natural person user is only allowed to use one Ultenic account to participate in the event. No secondary account is allowed. The application information must be true. Users with the following conditions: including but not limited to the same mobile phone number, the same device number, the same identity information, the same delivery information, the same or similar IP address, etc., are all regarded as the same user. The identification of the same user shall be based on the identification result of the Ultenic platform. For the same user who uses different accounts to participate in the same event multiple times, the Ultenic platform has the right to retain only the prizes obtained by one of the accounts.

3. In order to ensure the fairness of the event, if a user is found to have violated the rules (including but not limited to cheating, network attacks, malicious prize-brushing, or damage to the legitimate rights and interests of other users, the Ultenic platform and any third party, disrupting the fairness of the event, and other improper means recognized by the Ultenic platform), we will have the right to revoke the user's eligibility to participate in the event, cancel the event prizes and close the relevant orders for the use of preferential rights prizes.

4. The prizes such as physical objects, coupons/vouchers, etc. won in the event are for one-time use and cannot be exchanged for cash, split for use, change, or reused. The coupons/vouchers and other prizes obtained by users participating in the event are limited to the use of the users themselves when trading on the platform. It is prohibited to give, transfer, resell, etc. the coupons/vouchers. If the user is found to have the above behavior, the Ultenic platform has the right to cancel the user's winning qualification. If the corresponding winning qualification has been used, the platform has the right to cancel the corresponding order and recover the goods.

5. The user should ensure that the submitted personal information is true and valid. If the prize cannot be delivered due to incorrect personal information submitted, the corresponding legal liability shall be borne by the user.

6. The winning users of this event do not need to bear the costs of products, express delivery, installation, etc. Please read the product manual carefully before using the product. If you are injured or suffer property loss due to personal reasons such as improper operation during use, it has nothing to do with this event.

7. If the event is suspended or cancelled due to force majeure or changes in circumstances (including but not limited to major disasters, the event needs to be stopped or adjusted by government agencies, the event suffers from serious network attacks, or the event list of winners is wrong due to system failure), the user agrees that Ultenic APP will not bear any responsibility for this.

8. Anyone who participates in this event is deemed to have accepted the rules of this event and agrees to accept and abide by the relevant laws and regulations.

9. Within the scope permitted by law, the Ultenic platform may change or adjust the rules of the event according to the actual situation of the event. The relevant changes or adjustments will be announced on the event page and will take effect in accordance with the law after announcement.
